April 4, 2009 - Fargo, North Dakota USA - A sandbag is passed in llieu of a collection plate Saturday during a Community Prayer and Praise Gathering at the Historic Fargo Theatre. Many congregations were represented in the event, which included a freewill offering to be donated to the Red Cross and Salvation Army organizations for distribution to flood affected families and individuals. On Friday, the National Weather Service announced that there is a 75% chance that a second Red River crest could match or exceed last week's record breaking mark and a 25% chance it could go even higher than that toward the end of April.
