U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND) chairs an official hearing of the Senate’s Energy and Water Appropriations Subcommittee on Wednesday at the Fargodome to take testimony from a variety of state and local officials on the need for comprehesive flood protection for the Fargo-Moorhead region Wednesday, 5/27/09 at the Fargodome.
